About Reasoning
Reasoning tests how clearly you think rather than what you remember. It covers number and letter series, coding-decoding, analogies and odd-one-out questions, blood relations, directions and distances, order and ranking, and clocks and calendars. Each type follows a small set of rules, so steady practice makes these questions quick and reliable marks.
Every question here is built from a worked method, so each answer is worked out rather than recalled, and every explanation shows the steps. Series and odd-one-out questions are checked against the other common patterns, so only one option fits.

How to prepare
- For a series, write the differences between terms first; most patterns show up there.
- Learn the alphabet positions (E = 5, J = 10, O = 15, T = 20, Y = 25) to solve codes faster.
- For blood relations, draw a small family tree instead of keeping it in your head.
- For directions, add up the NorthβSouth and EastβWest moves separately before finding the distance.
